Thetical is a personal assistant that lives in your chat. It keeps track of your subscriptions, bills, bookings, calendar and inbox, and does the admin for you. Anything that spends money, sends a message or shares your details waits for your Yes.

What it does

You talk to it like a person. It works with the accounts you connect.

Finds where your money goes
Connect Gmail and get a money report in minutes: subscriptions by merchant, trials about to convert, failed payments, double charges, return windows and renewals.
Watches your inbox
It tells you about emails that need you, like a changed flight or a bill due today, drafts replies to people who wrote to you, and stays quiet about promotions.
Keeps your calendar honest
A heads-up when a meeting in the next two days moves or is cancelled, and reminders whenever you ask for one.
Does the admin
Cancels subscriptions, searches and books flights, finds hotels and restaurants, calls businesses for you, and fills in forms on websites, all after you approve.
Works through longer jobs
"Find three hotels in Dubai under $200 and compare them" runs step by step, with progress in the chat.
Shows its work
Every action is in your log with what was used and what it cost. Your statement shows what it spent and saved for you, and what Thetical earned: nothing.

How approvals work

Reading and reminding can happen on their own. Everything else waits for you.

  1. You ask, or it notices"Cancel Netflix", or a trial that's about to convert.
  2. It shows you exactly what it will doWho it will message, what it will pay, what changes.
  3. You tap YesOr No. The approval works once, for that exact action.
  4. It's done and loggedType /log to see every action and its cost.

Your data

You stay in control of it.

  • Never used to train AI. Not by us, and not by the AI providers we use.
  • Only what it needs. From Gmail it keeps facts like a merchant, an amount and a date. It never stores your emails.
  • Gone when you say so. /disconnect deletes everything from an account within minutes and confirms with counts. /delete_account deletes everything.
  • Yours to take. /export sends you all your data.
  • No card numbers in chat. Thetical never asks for or types card numbers, bank details or passwords in a conversation.
